Simple VR kiosk video player for HTC Vive Flow

We require the development of a simple stand alone kiosk VR video player for the HTC flow. Please note that this is a specific VR headset (see image below).

The player needs to play internally stored mp4 video files in the following formats:

- VR 360
- VR 180 (stereoscopic)
- SBS (side by side) 3D videos

The player needs to operate in 2 modes

1. Configuration (Admin) default

- Open app
- Set video format, zoom etc
- Set video timeout (rewind to start if headset off)
- Lock into kiosk mode (3 digit PIN)

2. Kiosk mode

- Hand gestures and other interactions disabled
- User puts on headset -> video plays
- User takes off headset for less than video timeout value -> video pauses
- User replaces headset without time out -> continue video
- User takes off headset for more that video timeout value -> video returns to start
- Log file created for each play -> date/time stamp, duration played, was completed (CSV text for PC downloading)

After testing we will want the following enhancements to the kiosk mode

- Video thumbnail selection screen with hand gesture detection
- Video control with hand gesture detection
