Rust Legacy Remake

Years ago I proposed to make a remake of a video game called Rust, more specifically the initial version of this game which was Rust Legacy released in 2013 since there is no support nor is this game officially sold and currently the pirated version is full of hackers for obvious reasons, then I would like to make a Remake of the map of this game, either, the terrain, rocks, plants, trees, radtowns (cities), etc, keeping the same aspect ratios as the original video game, same sizes and positions.
