Rich notifications - Develop Android and iOS app plugins using the One Signal SDK

We are developing a telehealth video solution (web + mobile app) and require creation of the notifications plugins.
So, we are in need of an Android plugin that utilizes the One Signal SDK that can be integrated into Unity. This only needs to be a .aar file (Please see https://docs.unity3d.com/530/Documentation/Manual/PluginsForAndroid.html as an example). The primary component of this job is to create this .aar file. Our on-site developer will be able to connect the AAR logic with the Unity code.
We are in need of a similar library solution for iOS (this should be a basic iOS library implementing OneSignal SDK again https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=krerK59xVPI). There isn't much need for Unity integration in this regard. You primarily need to know how to do the following:
- Be able to create custom notifications for iOS and Android in their native environments.
- Be able to generate an appropriate library file for use in Unity (for Android, a .aar file, for iOS, the appropriate files for the project)
- Ensure the plugin code is clean, readable and functional. You should be able to test your libraries in a normal iOS and Android app and it should work in there.
