Reskin existing Unity assets & rig a walking model also reskinned

I would need a unity dev that can reskin an existing 3D asset room and to reskin an existing model to walk around in it. This is absolutely urgent and I will pick the person who can do this the most efficiently and can turn their attention full time on this
