Recreate Simple scene

I need someone to recreate a scene with this type of art style. I just need this as a base of what to work off of but I don’t know how to achieve this. I want this to be done in unity and I would like some assets to come along with the finale project so I can continue with my project. I need some grass, dirt , fences, player, and anything else in the video below. This should be a simple straight forward project . No need to add anything other than the scene ( like movement, camera system , ect)
