Need some one who has good knowledge of Unity to design Electric Arc Furnace

I am looking for someone with good knowledge and experience in Unity to design an Electric Arc Furnace for medium-scale use (10-50 tons). the purpose of the design is to train the new workers in easy way. There is no need for any specific materials or components as I am open to suggestions for the best results.
