Need change Unity script from sliding to drag and drop

I have simple puzzle game with one script. Now parts a moving by sliding. I need add option in inspector for not sliding but for drag and drop. Now i can move in blue arrows. I want to script able move in red arrow, just pick and move. So need rewrite a bit script.
