Need Unity Developer to Augment (AR) 3d Characters - Monthly Position

Looking for a full time staff. I have an exisiting android and IOS app that a previous developer worked on. I have cartoon characters that need to be made with unity with augmented reality. Using ARcore/ARkit. Some characters will have a few phrases with audio, some will do different animations like running..walking..dancing... facial expressions and other animations. Would be nice if you have experience using spark studio as well for Instagram effects.
