Migrate Game Content & Leaderboards to Google Play

I need an expert in Unity game development and PlayFab to assist with migrating both game content and leaderboards from PlayFab to Google Play Console.
The specific leaderboards to be migrated are the weekly and all-time leaderboards. The migration process should be a direct transfer, without the need for modifications or alterations to the current game content.
There is also player information in PlayFab like number of coins, in game purchases, etc. this needs transferring too.

I have all the required original source code.
Ideally, the freelancer for this project has extensive experience with PlayFab and Google Play Console, as well as a deep understanding of Unity game development.
