Meta Quest Terrain Visualization App

I'm looking to develop an application that can display very large 3D terrain models, derived from LiDAR data, on the Meta Quest platform. This is for an existing business and the app must be PC-based, as the data sets are typically hundreds of gigabytes.
Key Requirements:
- The app should be capable of handling and visualizing large-scale 3D terrain models.
- It needs to be compatible with the Meta Quest platform.
- As the datasets can be substantial, a PC-based solution is necessary.
Interested freelancers should have:
- Proven experience in developing applications for the Meta Quest platform.
- A strong background in handling and visualizing large datasets.
- Prior experience working with 3D terrain models and LiDAR surfaces is a plus.
- Knowledge of Photogrammetry a plus
