Make an old Unity Plugin work with Unity 2021+

I have a few games that heavily relied on a very old plugin called 'Mobile Movie Texture'.
This plugin no longer supported, but I would like it to updated by someone with the knowlege to do so.
I must be able to switch the version in my not working games to the version you make and it will then work again. A few minimal manual tweaks is acceptable. Must work with Android and iOS
