Make a complicated video game where you take command of a squad: I got Sprites and gameplay notes on a google slide

I have no idea how to program at all, but I do know how to make sprites, I'm looking for anybody who would like to partner up and make an awesome 2D squad commander game, compllicated mechanics and all! I prefer Unity just cuz its particle system is supposedly really neat, I have a google slides that has basic gameplay elements and ideas, just let me know what to make and I'll let you do the computer stuff!
