Looking for an expert to retrieve nested data from firestore cloud database to Unity.

I am working on a Unity project which gets the data at runtime from the Firestore database. I am having issues getting the nested data to Unity (Other data is retrieved). I need some assistance in solving this issue and also in structuring the data. You can find my database structure and the Unity code in the pictures attached.
