Kenshi Mod: Omoi Character & Armor Creation

I'm a huge Kenshi and Naruto fan, and I'm looking for a talented modder who can help me create a unique character based on Omoi from Naruto, complete with his face, hair and the 2nd Hokage Armor. This armor should be designed to fit within the Kenshi universe, and be fully equipable in-game.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Blender and familiar with the OGRE game engine.
- Ability to intricately detail the character's face, hair and the armor.
- Experience with Kenshi modding or willing to learn.
Please note that the final mod should allow the character to be fully functional and playable within the game. If you have a passion for anime and experience with game modding, this could be a fantastic project for you.
