Help improve a current game build (Unity 3D)

Project Details -
I am looking for a skilled Unity 3D developer to help improve my current game build. The project involves enhancing various aspects of the game, including graphics, gameplay mechanics, user interface, and performance. I currently have a game file with a few necessary scripts some needing to be reworked. It currently consists of only 2 scenes, 'Main Menu' and a 'Main Lobby', you will have to create some new scenes and improve functionalities, graphics & performance on the current build. Knowing how to use Unity functionalities will be very beneficial for reverse engineering my current progress and to be able to bring improvements. There is a faux gravity system in the game that needs fine tuning, and there are a couple scripts that manage the gravity related effects.
GOALS
To be able to setup and correct all the main functionalities of the game.
To improve current build
To monitor game performance and apply necessary changes to help improve player experience.
Target Audience:
- The primary target audience for the game is teens and young adults.
Specific Features/Functionalities:
- Main Menu (Scene Upgrade)
-Character Creation (New Scene)
-Character Select (New Scene)
-Lobby (Scene Upgrade) *Need script improvement
List of Lobby Upgrades
-Character movement
-Player UI (5x UIs = Inventory, Gear, Shop, Social, Settings)
-NPCs
-Map Building
*Some scripts may need to be modified, scripting in C# and Unity 3D is essential knowledge because I am having a few issues with some of the functionalities and they need to be corrected.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Unity 3D development
- Experience in improving game graphics, mechanics, UI, and performance
- Understanding of adult audience preferences and game design principles
- Ability to suggest and implement new features and functionalities based on client's requirements
