Game unity - fix bug with Rope Obi

My game is built on unity platform. My game is using rope Obi for arms and legs. I want them to be able to fold their arms and legs around the wall as shown on the left. But our game is currently crashing like the video. I need to deal with it soon. Please let me know how much time and cost you can make it
