Game development: Open world MMO mini-game based game

Job ID: 33506060

Budget: £36 – £0 GBP

We're a small multinational team originating from across the world (France, UK, Portugal, Canada, Dubai and more). We're mostly within 2-3 hours of CET and are currently registering in Portugal as a brand.

We're building an NFT connected game and are looking to hire senior Unity 3D, C# programmers to develop the game. Extensive technical documentation has been prepared to ensure a smooth introduction of any programmers to the job. Every aspect of the game and the necessary code structure and systems have been analysed and compiled into these documents.

Please note that these are our requirements for the job:
Good knowledge of all Unity mechanisms (physics, UI, animations...).
Vast experience in C# (patterns and optimizations included), with Unity specific tips and tricks knowledge.
Comfortable and confident in a leading position, able to take charge and lead by example.

Positions to fill:
2 senior programmers: one to focus mainly on networking and one on gameplay, with overlap when needed.
1 consultant programmer: to assist with optimisations, systems and any other needed help.

Commitment and duration:
Preferably full-time, part time is still acceptable if the programmer is open to turning full-time in the future.
We're looking to hire for no less than 6 months to a year, we won't consider any short-term applications.

Work environment:
We work remotely, we encourage useful and friendly discourse and are a happy team. Work hours are flexible but we require a certain standard of consistency and efficiency.

Final note:
The project is atypical and of quite large scale, we are currently building up our team. The work will not be easy but brain challenging and will require efficient and productive programmers to make the deadlines. So we're looking for someone who loves a challenge and is prepared to make decisions on the daily. Our team is very open and welcoming, and we rely on each other for technical and moral support.
