Game developer needed

I am seeking a game developer to create a mobile game in the action/adventure genre. I do not have an existing game design document or concept, so I need help with game design. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing mobile games and be able to bring creative ideas to the table. Skills required for this project include:
- Mobile game development
- Game design
- Unity or other game engine expertise
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D game development
