3D Game Development in Unity

I'm looking for a professional Unity developer to create a script for a game. You can see the exact requirements in the attached video. The task is to write a script for waves of monsters attacking castle, or rather, control their movement behaviour, because there is an existing Monster Spawner script, so the freelancer should either modify existing Monster.cs script, or create a new script - also imported into the project is the Blaze AI tool, the freelancer can also use that, or use the built in NavMesh Agent system.
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive knowledge of Unity and 3D game development
- Strong understanding of game design principles
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in developing PC games
- Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback
The assignment is to make the monster behaviour always follow targets tagged Archer or Tower constantly refreshing their pathing and targetting to the nearest target, and then attack the target, stopping movement while attacking; after target is dead stand still and animate idle if no other targets are alive; when new targets are spawned, go for new targets. This behaviour should always be observed with no bugs to the process, like current script where monster pathing is breaking on high ground. The monster movement should always be the closest path to the target, respecting terrain ( too high slopes can't be navigated) with no sliding around, arching pathing or similar pathing/movement issues. The monsters should always face their target, instantly, if they are changing direction, they should do so instantly, with no interpolation and smoothing, and also have a constant movement speed with no acceleration or deceleration. Their crowd behaviour is also be a very important thing, this is to be done in a way that makes monsters respect each other's space, path around each other and not overlap together too much. Also, there should be a limit to how many monsters can attack a specific target, this limit should be 5, so if 5 monsters are attacking 1 target, then other monsters will go for another target, if no other target exists, all monsters will go for the 1 target, and if 5 monsters are attacking 1 target, if 1 of those monsters dies, another monster takes it's place if it's nearby. There can be no monsters that are not behaving like all the others, for example most monsters are behaving well, but some are not, so all the monsters should always behave the same.
The project deadline is 7 days, that includes any adjustments, debugging or else - in 7 days, the project should be fully completed.
The project is only considered completed if all requirements are fulfilled 100% in the set deadline, in other words, if every requirement is not completed, and half done, or 75% done, the project is not completed and the freelancer will not be paid.
