Find a developer/programmer proficient the Unity Engine to working outsource some features of my 3d game

i have a 3d game , using Unity Engine to develop , now the game is 70%-80% complete but there are still some unsuccessful features , need to redo this feature from scratch . I need to find a developer or a team that can work well with Unity Engine 3d to perfect these features . Need outsource full project / functions .
