Develop Simple but attractive Mobile Game

We need you to develop any mobile game you can do inside our budget. You can do the project in android studio or unity, no problem. But what we are looking for a simple bubble shooter or any other games you can do for us. We don't have any choice that you will develop. you are open to making any games, which is attractive so that most children will like it. And the main thing is, the game must not be suspended or deleted from playstore, for breaking their terms. You must follow all rules, like complete reskin of any game, changing package name, etc, and more. It must not be deleted anyway.
You need to put ads in the game, from our AdMob account. We can give you access permission to our AdMob account.
What we actually need is, you will make the icon, description, screenshots, and video to upload on our playstore account.
