KILLER NEW ZOMBIE TITLE BEING PUBLISHED BY APOGEE!

Role: Unity Developer/programming and art support.

The role is designed for an aspiring and talented multifaceted game developer to assist the successful completion of the "Dead Fury" Game title, being published by Apogee Entertainment. The position is a freelance Contractor based position.

The project is managed and led by Funder Games creative Director, Paul Cousins. Paul will also be managing a bulk of the Art and level design work, as well as ensuring the project meets deadlines and required deliverables to the investors.

The offered role aims to support Paul in the development of the title using the Github and Sourcetree collaboration tools, and inside Unity Game engine.

The role is offering regular paid work, around 20 hours per week, spanning over at least 9 months.
Funder Games has other active projects currently in development, additional paid work above and beyond this is possible.

A minimum of 20 hours per week on average is anticipated initially, though these hours per week are flexible for both parties during the course, and may be increased or decreased as the project demands - though an expectation that 937 total hours would be issued over the course of 39 week project.

On completion of the total agreed project delivery hours, (937 hours) a 2% royalties commission on game sales will be issued to the developer, once these funds are made available to Funder Games by the publisher.

Start date: still to be confirmed, though some initial tasks may be able to begin from March 1. (such as project setup etc)

Typical tasks would be: working inside Unity, Scene/level design and support, Occasional 3D Modelling, Art design, custom C SHARP script development, UI and gameplay development, Animation and cutscene sequencing using animation tools inside Unity or others, Optimisation work using Blender or other tools, although a majority of the work will be mid-level capability required, at times the role will need a high level of capability to tackle complex bugs, or systems that the game may require.
