Creating A game

I would like to create a game similar to "Finger on the app" search the game on YouTube if you don't know what I am talking about search the game on YouTube. There should be a fee for each person who enters the tournament, and the number of players should range from 200 to 500K. It would be nice if the players could see a countdown until it starts or something like that, such as high-quality 3D graphics. Also, the game plays as a tournament where the last player standing wins, similar to the game I mentioned earlier. Also, the game should be usable for IOS and Android . This is a project I am thinking about and if it succeeds and I like the game design, I will take you on as a coworker who does games and projects for me. But I am still searching it is not official I am just scanning I want to speak to someone who is an expert at what they are doing because please this is a big project, not just a game. Also, I am not ready to pay yet. I just want to talk to an expert to see how it's going to work out and how long it will take.
