Create game menu and first level

I am wanting to have the menu and first levels made for a game i want to have created

I am wanting the ment to have the host and join option as it is a 2 player game and have a level made where both players can only progress when both players get the they own end zone on the level.

Completing a level will unlock the next level. Since i plan to make the levels myself i will just need a sample level made and cloned veveral times to make the levels.
