Create 3D animations using blender/3ds Max and unity

We are looking to build small-small 3D animations clips where a character is walking, sitting, picking up objects, releasing objects with various backdrops like room setup, garden, road, beach etc. These clips will be used in Unity and will be controlled using c# scripts.
