Create a Unity place with terrain and ocean with optional VR delivery
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need to hire someone with unity experience to create a scene that will look similar to the one shown on the attached video.
the requirements of the project are:
I need an ocean created with CREST, the open source ocean renderer
In the middle of the ocean 4 islands inspired by Yap, Micronesia

About the same size and shape.
As part of the islands, there should be a canyon like the one shown from 01:30 to the end of the attached video, I will need a camera to "fly" through the canyon like shown on the video, starting on the ocean and ending on the city mentioned below.
at the end of the Canyon I need part of a city like shown on the first 30 seconds of this youtube video

I can buy some assets to make the city creation easier.
The camera "fly" should last 90 seconds.
The unity demo can optionally run on the Oculus quest 2 headset with or without an attached PC, but for now I only need the scene with the camera created.
BEFORE starting I need to know if I need to buy many assets, but my intention is to buy only some assets for the city.
