Convert images into working models in Unreal Engine or Unity

we need to take images such as a person and a table and recreate it in UE or Unity using AI. You would be expected to find the appropriate algorithm / model to do this, demonstrate ability to recreate the images in 3D and prepare a detailed report discussing the process.
