Connect A Mobile Device to Unity

I am looking for a freelancer to help me connect my mobile device to a Unity project. My device needs to run on both iOS and Android, so the freelancer will need to be comfortable with both operating systems. This project is completely from scratch, so I need someone who can help me configure the project from the beginning. I will not require a login system for this project; it just needs guest access.
