3D Casino Game

We have a requirement on a 3D Casino Game in 3D model.
It must be web based and it will be responsive in all kinds of browsers Mobile and web both.

We just need Best offer for 60 seconds game play of Crap machine game

Where,
1) 1st 30 seconds it will show screen as casino and Crap machine 3 dice, with 30 seconds of countdown
2) After this 30 second countdown end rotation of machine will start Dice movement - 15 seconds of animation
3) Dice will stopped after animation must have same result of dice as provided in API
4) After 15 seconds of Animation result will be pop up on the screen for next 15seconds(same as in PlayLuck)
5) After completion of this 60second again repeat of this for next round game

Note:- This game will be integrated with API API will provide you following details
1) GameID, game id must be display on top of game UI,
2) API will also provide you desired dice result after animation this result will be provided at end of 30second waiting time of each round game.

Dice rotation duration will be 30 sec and display the Dice value Result.
The Background image should be casino flavor.
