Build VR simulator Driving on Forklift

We want to build a forklift simulator using VR headset (NOT OCULUS) , this is a modular project with the hardware we will incorporate into the system. We currently resell another companies product but it is not good enough for our customer base. We would like our own system. It needs to be both cloud deliver and unit delivery.
