Build object tracking AR app

Looking to build an object tracking AR app compatible with ios and android. The app will track a 3D object and display information based on it. The information that will need to be displayed will be in 3 formats - .html, .jpg & .mp4. The app will be completely offline and track only 1 object. UI/UX will also have to be provided by developer.
