Build me a Ultra-Realistic Pseudo Random Number Generated Simulation Video Game with Real Outcomes!

Im looking for someone very experienced in C# Script coding & Game Design, I have ideas for a game i want made. This game will be a Ultra-Realistic Open World Pseudo Random Number Generated Role Play Survival Adventure Simulation Multiplayer, with Real Life Outcomes & Reactions. I need you to make this on Unity3d C#, i need you to make each PRNG NPC react in their own way. I need you to make AI & etc, I need it to be the most realistic game ever, not just coded but designed too. I need the voice/appearance/identity/personality/etc of each npc & character to be of its own. I need the interact to be by voice, so you can put you mic on and talk to npcs just like real life & etc. I need combat to be real, like the character/npc will feel pain & etc. Characters & npc's will have senses and etc. You catch you drift, im basic asking for a real life simulation game where you will be able to travel to other planets & watch planets be born and way more realistic stuff. Elements & minerals reactions are the same as real life, and same with species reactions & etc.. I want the graphics to be ultra realistic, and the controls to be able to move each part of body depending on what species you are. If you think you can do this let me know and we can go into more detail on it, i will have to make a Virtual Agreement for you to fill out! (Pls NO BOTS!!). Also i want it to be done as fast as possible but with perfection.. I want this game made for Xbox One, Playstation 3 & 4, & Windows 10 PC/ or all consoles.. I will put it up for free until a certain amount of downloads then i will sell it, you wont get paid until i make the amount of money we agree upon from so many sales.. I have confidence if made right that this game will be the best game ever! Start working on it right away! If its not how i want it, it could resovle in either no pay to shortage of pay or even job termination! Only commited & people that know they can do this type of game in a fast paced manner & with perfection.
