Blender Rig for Unity -- 2

I need the character rig in blender for unity. I have attached the image for reference.
Its pretty straightforward.
- It will need body rig hierarchy as per unity standard.
- Eyes Rig
- 4 Mandibles on mouth needs to be rigged as well
I will need the final file in the blender format.
