BUILD ME A 3D MODEL AND ANIMATION OF A CAT

I need you to help me build a 3D model of a cat with some animation based on the requirements attached in the file below. I do not need it to be perfect, simple and a bit realistic are good enough. I am a still a student, so those who can bid the lowest are preferred.
