Augmented Reality application and CMS (graphics provided)

An AR app, built in Unity with ARKit, that runs videos over target images from connected CMS (see attached documentation). Will need latest APIs for uploading to Apple/Android stores for free download. All graphics and artwork will be provided.
I will only work with individuals who are honest about their fees in advance of accepting the project.
