Augmented Reality App for Android & iOS

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create an augmented reality app using Unity and Vuforia. The app should primarily focus on model targets, specifically vehicles or machinery.

Key features and requirements:
- The app should allow users to interact with the AR models by adding 3D elements.
- Expertise in Unity and Vuforia is a must.
- Prior experience in developing AR apps for both Android and iOS platforms will be highly regarded.
- A strong understanding of working with model targets, particularly vehicles and machinery, is necessary.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be crucial for translating complex machinery into an interactive AR experience.

The app will add Mad Max-style components to the viewed car (see attached mockup)
