VR APP (Oculus quest) to project Mobile Camera live streaming to Headset

I need a Oculus Quest APP that will stream live audio and video to my headset. You need to give complete source code of the APP after you developing. Also it should work on any VR device. The APP should work on both Iphone and android. Basically on a mobile through wifi you can live stream audio and video to my Oculus.
Also It should transfer Joystic and headset movement data to my mobile phone through wifi. I mean if i press forward/back button on joystic or keyboard, It will send that data to mobile APP. Such a way It should send Head movement data (Degree of rotation) to the mobile APP.
You must have a oculus Quest VR set to develop this project. Read carefully, If you can do it then only bid.
