Compliance/Underwriting/Account Opening Advice Needed (UK Retail Bank Experience Essential)
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
** The ideal candidate will have experience in a Compliance, Underwriting, or Account Opening role. UK retail experience is mandatory for consideration. **
What is the scenario (see attachment for reference):

1. Company A obtains revenue and profits from its clients.
2. Company A wants to use these profits for an alternative project and invests excess profits into a new company - Company B
3. For this to work, Company A wants to create a separate bank account for Company B.
4. Company B invests all of this money into the stock market, with the view to make profits via dividends.
5. At any time of Company A's choosing, these dividends will be transferred from Company B to Company A. Where dividends are not transferred, this money will be reinvested into the stock exchanges again.
What you will do with us:

- Analyse the scenario (attached to this post and detailed above)
- Establish possible reasons why point 3 may cause some issues for the bank and the other parties involved
- Guide us on workarounds that will ensure that any concerns are addressed, ahead of the application.
What you need to be successful:

- Must have prior experience working in a UK Retail Bank (Essential)
- Must have worked in Compliance/Underwriting/Account Opening (other relevant backgrounds will be considered)
- Must have a high attention-to-detail
- Be organised
- Have excellent knowledge of accounting practised (preferred)
- Be polite, supportive, friendly and positive
- Be proactive
- Be reliable and able to meet deadlines
- Be honest, open, trustworthy
