technical design document for complaint management system -- 3

I am looking for professional freelancer, who is welling to help me to develop a detailed business requirements documents for web-base customers complaints system. You must have a relevant experience and must be welling to work within short period of time.

Document must include:
- details description of the system
- User story
- Actors / users details
- System functional and functional requirements
- Use case diagrams, process follow
- Data flow diagram
- Initial interfaces and wireframe ( only for illustrations purpose and no professional designs required)
- Software Requirements Specification


System must consider measures for information security and data confidentiality as per the requirements specified on ISO 27001, ISAE 3000 and GDPR
