technical design document for complaint management system

please read my requirements. Not looking for app development

Looking for a freelancer to help me in developing the technical design document for complaint management system. Document must include:
- details description of the system
- User story
- Actors / users details
- System functional and functional requirements
- Use case diagrams, process follow
- Data flow diagram
- Initial interfaces ( only for illustrations purpose and no professional designs required)
- Software Requirements Specification


System must consider measures for information security and data confidentiality as per the requirements specified on ISO 27001, ISAE 3000 and GDPR
