Update and clean up existing process flow

I am looking for a freelancer who can update and clean up my existing process flow to create a clear swimlane that clearly separates the responsibilities. The current process flow I am using is in the form of a flowchart. I would like the updated process flow to be detailed step-by-step. Can use any online or simple formats/software for it.
The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience in process flow design and be able to create detailed and organized process flows.
