Unified modeling language

I am looking for an experienced software developer or engineer to work with me on a project that requires the use of Unified Modeling Language (UML). The purpose of UML in this project is to facilitate the software development and testing processes. I am looking for a UML diagram that includes both a high-level overview as well as some specific details and elements, for a balanced result. The preferred format for the UML diagrams is an editable file such as Visio or Lucidchart.
