UML documentation for a c# based project

We need some basic UML documentation made for an existing c# based project.
This includes a Use Case Diagram (in dialogue with us), Domain Model, Class diagram, SSD (System Sequence Diagram), Design Pattern specification (ie. using GRASP), Interaction Diagram, and other UP diagrams and models.
The project is relatively small, with <10 class files - most are auto-generated WinForms GUI classes.
