i) UML Class Diagram based on selected information from the Claim Form for
Disability Support Pension:
This task will involve reading, analysing and making a UML Class Diagram based on
the brief, given selected sections of the information form
Claim form for disability support pension.
The background for claim processing and service delivery management can be found
in the brief provided.
Students are required to develop a UML Class Diagram for the selected information
only (details are provided in Section 4).
All assumptions should be clearly stated.

This task requires identification of the four software application components related
to the following:

Components related to data modelled as part of the UML Class Diagram and the
business objects you identified in task (i) (see
above);
Components related to data related to key processes and services that have been identified earlier.
You are required to provide a justification of the components and how they are interacting
with each other. You are required to provide at least one paragraph description about each
component, their roles and the reason that you make it a component. You should describe
the interactions they have in the overall claim process. You don’t need to use any modelling
technique for this task. All assumptions should be clearly stated.
In the final UML model consider for inclusion:
Classes
Class attributes (only attribute names are required, not attribute data types)
Class association and constraints
Meaningful names for associations which reflect the information requirements
(as understood from the forms provided)
Class generalization/specializations structures
Class compositions (strong containments)
Class aggregation (weak containment)
N-array associations
The following items are not necessary for inclusion in the class diagram:
Class operations
Class dependencies on associations
Attribute data types
