I'm searching for a skilled consultant who specializes in the Design and Architecture phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). I specifically need an expert who is proficient in creating framework documents for SDLC and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) on Microsoft DevOps.
