AI & Data Visualization for Talent Mgmt
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
Objective:
To design and implement an automated Talent Management System (TMS) that aids in
identifying employees with high potential for growth, planning promotions, succession
planning, and overall talent development within a company. This system will streamline
the process of talent management, making it more efficient and data-driven.
Steps:
1. Requirements Analysis
• Define the key functionalities of the Talent Management System including
employee profile management, talent identification, succession planning,
and promotion planning.
• Identify user roles (HR managers, employees, upper management) and
their interaction with the system.
2. System Design
• Sketch the system architecture outlining the front-end, back-end,
database, and external integrations if any.
• Design the database schema to handle employee data, performance
metrics, potential roles, and succession plans.
• Create wireframes for the user interface focusing on ease of use and
accessibility.
3. Databased Design and Integration
• Design the database schema to store employee information, documents,
checklists, and track new employee training and certifications.
4. Back-end Development
• Implement logic for talent identification based on performance data and
potential growth paths.
5. Front-end Development
• Develop the user interface based on the wireframes, ensuring
responsiveness and user-friendliness.
• Implement interactive elements for viewing and managing talent data.
6. Integration
• Set up the database following the designed schema.
• Integrate the database with the back-end for data storage and retrieval.
7. Authentication and Security
• Implement secure login mechanisms for different user roles.
• Ensure data protection and privacy by implementing appropriate security
measures, including encrypted data storage and secure API access.
8. Documentation and Training
• Create detailed documentation covering system architecture, codebase,
and user manuals.
• Provide training materials for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of
the system.
9. Feedback and Iteration
• Establish a feedback mechanism to collect user insights and suggestions.
• Use the feedback for iterative improvement, adding new features or
refining existing functionalities.
Advanced Features:
• Implement AI algorithms to predict potential future leaders within the
organization based on performance trends and skillsets.
• Integrate with external HR systems or LinkedIn for a comprehensive view of
employee skills and industry benchmarks.
• Develop analytics dashboards for visual representation of talent distribution,
potential succession gaps, and promotion readiness.
Deliverables:
• A fully functional Automated Talent Management System tailored to streamline
talent identification, development, and succession planning.
• Comprehensive system documentation and user manuals.
• Training materials for HR managers and employees on utilizing the system
effectively.
