Customer Journey Diagram

I am looking to hire a Freelancer for a Customer Journey Diagram project. The purpose of the customer journey diagram is to map out touchpoints and interactions for a business partner. The diagram needs to be comprehensive and thorough, containing in-depth analysis of the customer journey. The customer journey diagram should represent the specific engagement process of this partner as they go from knowing nothing to being a manufacturer certified go to person detailing all the individual steps customers take.
The Freelancer should have experience in creating customer journey diagrams for similar products or services, as well as have an understanding of customer journeys and how to convey that information well. I am looking for someone with great communication skills, detail-oriented, and a creative mind. If this individual is able to provide me with any previous work samples, that would be greatly appreciated.
