Create EER-diagram based on written outline

I am looking for an experienced database designer to create an entity-relationship diagram (EER-diagram) based on a detailed requirements document that I have provided. The EER-diagram should include information about the entity relationships, as well as any relevant attribute information. It should be modeled using the Chen Framework. This project requires great attention to detail, and knowledge of database design tools is essential.
