Convert Business Functional Requirements into an SRS & Wireframes

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me convert my business functional requirements into a detailed Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document and create wireframes for my project.

Scope of the project:
- The freelancer will be responsible for creating both the SRS and wireframes based on my business requirements.

Preferred tools:
- I do not have a specific tool in mind for creating the SRS and wireframes, but I am open to suggestions.

Timeline:
- The project needs to be completed in less than a month.

Ideal skills and experience:
