I'm currently on the lookout for an AI Software Developer who can design and construct a program for me, capable of scrutinizing architectural plans and producing an automatic proposal as a result. The ideal candidate for this role possesses relevant experience building AI platforms that can examine complex data, like architectural plans, and generate cost estimates.

Furthermore, they must have good understanding of interacting with other databases. Specifically, my project requires the AI software to interface fluently with:
- Building material cost databases
- Pre-existing proposal template software

With these features, the system will be capable of understanding a project and the specific needs of a client, then produce a comprehensive proposal based on that information.
